We work to mentally empower you while also physically challenging you for overall health improvements. We offer Series Pole classes from Series 1-10, private lessons, drop-ins, events and workshops! We have all of your workout needs in-house, from cross-training equipment, yoga, pole classes, Halo Salt therapy, and a sauna. We want you to have complete access to warm up, work out and wind down all at our studio. Our main goal is to create an inclusive space where everyone can feel comfortable and confident working out. We are here to support you on your wellness journey in a lively and entertaining way! If you are looking for a unique event for a Bachelorette Party, Corporate Event, Workshop, Girls Night Out or a birthday, we are your go-to. You choose the theme, and we set the mood.
